depends on the timing that you are using. also, there are ways to bypass the transparent proxy :).. but really need patience.

use third party proxy. so that it will not detect as your ip that is requesting for the file.

oh. Done that before. Even kena some arabic proxy b4, end up everything cannot read, end up google also arabic language. It takes patience, yes.
