pacnet speed problem

my work place using pacnet and been facing the net surfing problem these few days. sometimes the loading of face is very fast but sometimes take centuries to laod a page such as google news or even check email from pacnet web base site. i called the pacnet techinical support they told me their side has no problem. wonder if anyone having the same problem and any idea what is going on.
