boardband prob

I just had this 2wire internet boardband thing installed ytd . ytd it was working quite alright but today it keeps dc . When surf internet page sometimes it will show up the " ur not connected to the internet page " and when i play wc3 it will every 10sec show up the disconnect thing .
any help on it? thanks .

i check all the lines are not loose .

u know the 'waiting for host' thing means is either u lag or host lag ? ytd no prob now it keep happening , cant play wc3 . it will lag for about 5s den ok den 10s later lag again . keeps repeating
