Need help! Mio Modem

Hey guys, i just got the mio modem from singtel, which is 2Wire brand, installed ytd. And now im having problems surfing the net. Every page that i surf i will get prompted to reconnect, and when i try to connect, it dosent work, and i auto go into "Work Offline" Mode. But i can change the status to uncheck to "Work offline" box, and im online again. Its getting really irraiting. The old modem was so much better. Does any1 have a solution? I was using the Alcatel "Stingray" Modem before this.

What do you mean re-connect, maybe can post some line stats from 192.168.1.254 in your I.E then post the readings here, it is under connection status...........

Everytime i surf, i get automatically "disconnected" and so, im working offline. Then i get prompted to work online, then the dialing button for broadband comes out and im unable to connect. But im sure im online, since my msn remains stable.
