No you are not the only one.
I am also experiencing problem with SpeedTest.net, it seems like it only happens when I test on the Singapore server.
I am using Firefox and Adobe Flash Player 9.
Previously when I still had MaxOnline I tried a speed test to the Singapore server. Same browser and it was fine.
It could be SingNet.

I had it hang at times as well. Just reload you should be able to complete the test.

Your speed shows you have some kind of "cache" manager installed on your computer.
What kind of internet security you use? Some of them (such as bitdefender) is known for caching internet data causing bandwidth test to gone mad.
