Hello, I just want to know is it possible to have multiple set tops to wire the coms to the broadband provided by Mio.

For example, there is a present set-top in the master bed room... I want the com in another room to actually be wired instead of connecting using wireless, is it even possible? I'm a networking noob so... any help will be much appreciated :)

(Preferably if I don't need to pay Singtel more money every month :s13:)

No need another modem lah, if that's what u mean, maybe can connect using a pair of homeplugs, one to modem, one to computers, using your electrical wires to transmit but it is open to electrical noise this way, take note.......

You could hire a contractor to professionally lay Cat6 cabling in your home. That way, it's a one-time installation cost (at least for 15-20 years, if not more).

If you plan out the cabling right, you could even centralize your equipment and just have wired points at strategic locations.
