recently starhub did a great job @ capping my download... used to be able to fly @ 25Mbps... now only 8Mbps. anyway me on MOL express. so can't complain much. image just taken 1min ago.

use 1x starhub connection wired to a router of 4 computers
run speed test at the same time on all 4 computers

voila! speeds do not even hit 50kb/s on 1 out of 4 computers.

your problem is so identical to mine.... if you try speedtest in the morning i m quite sure you can get 12+mbps :D

mine's just 8mbps. non peak hours best i could get is 4-5mbps. :(
