Is my network card spoil

Hi i have an internal network card, last night after rebooting my comp, i can no longer detect any wireless network..

I have a singnet wireless conneciton at home. Connection has no problem as both my sis and dad's laptop are still using it.

How do i check if its indeed my network card that is spoil? => my is a desktop so cant really move around.
If its spoil, can recommend an external router for me as i lazy so just wnt a plug and play router to use

Ya can detect and it says its working properly..

Which wireless adapter you're using ? Have you tired taking the wireless network card out and re-installing it again ?
Maybe try going to the website and download the latest driver for it. Update the driver or something ?
