anyone managed to get your digital voice working?

I cant seem to get a dial tone from my Voice modem. Called 1633 twice they said will escalate the case and get back to me. I just dont understand what's there to escalate? it has been close to a week now. free = lousy service? :(

my cable tv got it activated on the day itself and maxonline already there since im a recontract customer.

Digital Voice takes up to 7 working days (not including sat, sun & P.H) to activate, it will take up to 3 months to activate if you port over your singtel line.
