I am thinking of recontracting and going from 1Mbps to 3 Mbps. When you do this, for how long will your internet connection be down as Singnet does the conversion?
I had a bad experience in the 2007 when I went to a 1 Mbps plan. My whole internet was down for about 2 weeks and nobody could solve the problem until I emailed some Singnet big bosses from my work place who sent down their engineers. hopefully won't happen again !:s12:

From 3.5 Mbps to 3.0 Mbps exactly on the stated date & time. I guess it is fast if one wants to go down.
Anyway will switch to the green when contract expires to join the Hub Club :s13:

actually it does takes a while to change. i dont tink it wil take a long time. as liangtam said, they need to change the profile on their side. mayb y they take 4 working days is becos u r under queue?:s8: but if they r fast, jus a few secs, disconnect n reconnect, n yr speed is changed!:D

Speed issues by means of provision can be done from their side.
