Singnet and fax

How do i use the same telephone line, while using singnet and fax machine.I can`t recieve anything from my fax, since i try to use it together. Will appreciate if someone help me out with it.

Using normal broadband or MIO plan, remember to plug in microfilter, for fax into phone.....
