My Starhub contract ending soon. Don't like to stick with Starhub anymore. Not very happy with it. Singtel good or M1 good ? :s11:

What made you think M1 is any better than starhub? M1 resells SH's cable broadband services to end users..

Not true. M1 may use SH connection into the home /flat, just like Pacnet does (It is called the last mile). I see M1 is laying cables along Thomson Road.

M1 10mbps plan is very attractive with an upload speed of 1mbps. Only down side is does not offer digital voice telephone as SH does and the contract period is lengthen to 2 yrs.

I am thinking on jumping on to M1 when my Singnet contract ends next week.

SingNet 10Mbps plan has also an upload speed of 1Mbps.

If you game a lot, go for SingNet. ADSL may be slower than cable, but it's much more stable in the case of SingNet.

I saw the M1 people digging the road and lay cable.
That's why I'm open the thread and ask around.
Btw, are you M1 user ?

My side M1 dug the road and completed cabling about 3-4 months back liao...

Are u sure??? i have the technical hotline for more than 10 times, it only operate till 9pm

it says on the website that the customer service hotline is 24/7
