Weird singnet BT problem

Anyone out there experiencing massive slowdown in BT speeds? What's funny is that after i on my BT, i can't web surf anymore - even after i quit BT, i still can't surf. Only restarting will solve the problem. Weird as hell man.. seems like it happened overnight

Any one else experiencing this as well?

BT takes a while to stabilise, normally after an hour or so you'll be hitting very good speeds (in my own experience).

Maybe the cutting of the undersea cable has something to do with it :s13:
