StarHub DNS problem with tomshardware.com

i am facing starhub dns problem for the domain tomshardware.com for more than a week.

i get timeout when i use nslookup with starhub dns servers. i get timeout even after i set the timeout to 10 seconds.

when i query using singnet dns (165.21.83.88), the domain gets resolved.

i called starhub. they are saying their backend is ok. what could be the problem?

very likely its starhub's end cos' if you try other websites, you May get the same results

by the way, other domains resolve fine with starhub dns servers. only tomshardware.com has problem.

Looks ok on my end.

It re-directs to http://www.tomshardware.com/us/#redir
and asks me to "select language".

lowem, is your primary DNS server 218.186.1.38 ?

that seems to be the only starhub DNS server that is responding to www.tomshardware.com domain lookup.

but my PDNS is 202.156.1.48

Try performing a host fix under Windows/System32/Drivers/etc

Edit the file "host" and insert IP

208.48.161.101 www.tomshardware.com
