Help regarding Singnet account password

I've lost my Singnet account password, so I called them up and tried to reset it. The process was a completely automated one, after I've done what they told my to do (keying in my home telephone number etc.), they simply just said: "Thank you, have a nice day. " Then they put down the phone. So I was wondering whether my new password will be sent to me by mail? Or telephone? Or is there a default password that I should know of?

1) wait for ST letter with your new password

2) OR head down to singtel with your I/C and get your passwd on the spot

Will be reset back to the default one then they will said it out also de automated one.......
