Both captains most likely are out of their Champions League clash...

i believe arsenal missing fabregas would be a bigger blow.

i don't know about the Gunners but it is high time the Giallorossi learn to play without Totti. after all, he is already 32 and left with about 3-4 good years before he retires.

Totti will be a bigger miss...without him, it's pretty hard or should i say impossible for Roma to play their unique 4-6-0 formation. Vucinic and Baptisa are decent players but not good enough in the role that Totti plays. Anyway, do look out for Jeremy Menez, 1 of their more impressive attacking thread this season.

Techinacally speaking, devils also playing 4-6-0 last season.. they dun hav an out and out striker, both Rooney and Tevez likes to play very deep... with that formation they rely alot on Ronaldo to score.
This year Ronaldo is not exactly firing on all cylinder, thats why United struggle to score in many matches.
This is very similar to Roma's situation..

to be honest, lots of people have been saying Ferguson copy Spaletti's style which is indeed very true.
they don't have a full-blown striker that's why they bought Berbatov but he has not been doing well also. lol.
