broadband with handphone

Is it possible to sign up broadband as value-added service
with handphone and at the same time subscribe to
multi-sim at $5 per month so that I can access broadband
via modem (purchase my own) when connecting to notebook
without the need to remove the sim from handphone (don't want to
use handphone as modem)?

Does starhub maxmobile 2M unlimited plan allow subscribing
this way?
How about singtel bbom or m1 broadband?

the purpose of using a bb as a vas is to save the hassle of 2 sims.

i reckon u need 2 diff lines?
