Hi,

I'm looking for an email server program that will download email from the ISP and store it untill end-users download them from the server.

the purpose of this is so that one do not need to pay for large storage space and still get unlimited email space. any such software to suggest? TIA

Too costly to run own mail server. Running server services over ADSL dynamic IP is very unstable. beside it'll be only for internal LAN use only. it'll also free up internet bandwidth since all users within the LAN will connect only to the internal machine for mail download.

Just thought it'll be a good idea to cut cost given the times ahead are going to be bad.

Zimbra. Easy to install and easy to use especially for users. Users may even make this their email client. You can make this an internal email server. Anything that needs to go out, push to your real mail server.
