Singtel E180 use in Starhub plan

Anyone knows if I can use the mobile broadband USD device (E180) issued by Singtel but after the contract, proceed to use it with starhub. I am thinking whether its possible if after 1 year contract and I would like to sign-up the mobile broadband with another provider using the same mobile broadband device.

my E169 is not lock at all... tried with SH sim b4..
