i'm on starhub. my ff can't watch some youtube vids but no problem for ie so for me its probably ff's problem.
did you try another browser?

YES slowhub can't watch youtube. It used to be okay, and that was like 1.5 years ago.

I've put up with them for so long until now as my contract is expiring.

I can't watch youtube, I can't stream imeem, and it has absolutely nothing to do with my browser. FF, Chrome, and IE all can't

and my can't watch I mean normal quality, normal resolution

using SH too...wait to load is too slow...so just use firefox to download the clip and see at my leisure.

Jus curious only, for singnet there're singnet proxies. For starhub, is there a starhub proxy to use? E.g. smthg like proxy.starhub.net.sg Port:8080 ??

If yes, then any difference with youtube loading when u set proxy in FF/IE browser network settings?

Auto transparent proxy ...

Try google search for some free qala/local proxy ...

@ohmygod1986, actually i'm on singnet w no problems. jus curious abt starhub only... but thanks for additn info.

StarHub has a proxy server.

I used to be on StarHub's 56K dial-up, you got to use their proxy server proxy.starhub.net.sg:8080 to access the web.

you can give http://www.videoaccelerator.com/ a try..
something like flashget/download accelator but this one does acceleration on flv files on certain sites including youtube.. No spyware / adware that i know off that will be installed together..

But a more safer approach would be to using a qala / singpaore proxy as stated by omg1986

no proxy needed for stinknet.. just plug and go, watch utube on any browsers.
