Is it better to change taiwan money in SG or at taiwan?

Hi i'm going taiwan this coming feb, and it the 1st time.

Got some Noob Q to ask :)

Is the changing the taiwan $ better in SG or go taiwan and change better? and also how u think of the current rate.

If change in SG is better then which money changer u recommend me,
If change in Taiwan is better rate, then where do i go to change?

heard from my fren taiwan doesnt have those money changer shops like here like that. must go to this particular bank to do exchanging of currencies. so i think it's best to change here for convenient sake

change over there.
inside the airport before you leave.
they do charge a little admin fee though, but still worth it if you exchanging in bulk.
