need expert help for setting up 2 internet connection

guys,it is able to implement the following...using a win xp comp...in a network environment...singnet by wired ethernet using st 536 v6 and starhub maxonline by wireless wrt54g...reason being is my starhub still have contract...can't wait to get off tem in 2 months time..so in mean time i might as well use it
1)Setting up internet explorer to use singnet
2)Setting up mozilla to use starhub

Only if the router support dual WAN, unlikely you can implememt something like this.
