Anybody have problem browsing www.ocbc.com.sg

Seems to be down, cant ping.

Weird some systems can browse the site, but also cannot ping

ping fails . "destination net unreachable"

are you using SH ?

SH==starhub

Ping can be allowed or Stopped at webserver with firewall.
