problem with Wireless G Router

i am currently using an ADSL2+ Speedtouch modem which I got from singnet. Previously I was using an ADSL modem. After plugging in the modem, my DI-524 wireless router doesn't seem to be able to connect anymore.

Tried it with my old modem and it's working perfectly fine. Does that mean that my router does not work with any ADSL2+ modem?

Just an adivce off my head... Did u off all power switches for both devices and then turn them on to reset before trying?

Your new modem is likely already in router mode, which is why it won't work with another router without further proper configuration.

Either you set the new modem to bridge mode, or connect the new modem to any of the LAN ports of the DI-524, instead of to the WAN port.
