M1 BitTorrent issue

Hello,

I jus subscribed a M1 Mobile Broadband plan 2 days ago, the surf net speed is quite ok, but not for the BitTorrent download, do anyone has similar experience ?

My current Broadband plan is 4Mbs plan, and the BitTorrent is 6.1.2. Previously i was using 2mb plan and the BitTorrent was working great...now dont know why it becomes like this.

Any suggestion to fix would be welcomed.
