Comparison between Starhub & M1 Fixed BB: is there any difference in term of actual speeds???

As above. All pointers are welcome! I want to jump ship to M1 from Starhub once my Starhub contract has end as i think M1 existing customers like me got further discounts.

I heard that M1 has leased the infrastructure from Starhub. Then how come M1 can offer a much lower pricing structure compared than Starhub? Is M1 trying to follow the now defunct Pacific Internet previously? Do i need to log in b4 i can even surf the web? Is there any catch that i fail to notice b4 jumping ship to M1?

Any comments from the former & current users of the abovementioned services are most welcome!

I've used M1 Fixed BB before, cannot tahan their internet, foced them to cancel my contract, now back to starhub.

Wow! Thanks for your advice, man! Since my contract with Starhub is ending soon, i am still waiting for their psp promotion leh. Last time, they used to have it during the high tech masar palam aka PC SHOWs last year. However u must sign up for both of their Fixed & Mobile BB line. Sianz!

Yup u nid to login for m1 bband... M1 launched it and gave huge discounts and admitted nt very profitable in their latest annual report.. However, they are doing dis to prepare their staff for the upcoming National Broadband Network.. According to their CFO... hahah
