Which ISP gives the best upload speed, and what is the fastest speed like? I'm getting only 60+kbs with SNBB. Thanks.

I think if you pay money, you can get any upload speed you want. It is just limited by the line speed you have.

10mbps is awesome! With SNBB, I can only dream about it.
Is it a constant speed?
Tks.

if u got unlimited $ to spare, then get a dedicated broadband line (only available with business plans).
you will get very consistent speeds because a dedicated line is different from home broadband lines, which are affected by peak hour traffic.

anyway i believe there are already several people beta testing the new 1 gbps lines, that is 1024mbps lol
btw japan & korea have had 1gbps lines since 2003/2004
erm, 1Gbps = 1000Mbps. Context is Communications, not Computing.

the 10mbps plan is good from singnet. i think the upload speed should be stable and constant unlike m1 or starhub.
