Best connection for Cyber Cafe

Any one knows the FASTEST connection speed for cyber cafe in singapore??

Im currently using Quala and it isnt performing well

hmmmm not sure about others, Singtel MetroE connection seem ok, and their SLA so far so good.

MetroE is good but price range from 2K to 3k plus. Most banks use MetroE for their SLA
