Hi guys!

Just got a new desktop, i placed the desktop in my room, and the mio modem is in the room next to mine, i am using a linksys wireless G adapter for my desktop, but when i am playing games i get frequent spikes, i am using singnet 3mbps. Normal internet usage like surfing the net is okay no spikes. Any ideas where the problem lies? its really pissing me off.

TIA!

sorry to hijack, but the question i wana ask is somehow related to modem. hehe...

Can i know whether the miotv modem and wireless modem given by singnet, are they seperate items? or they are all in one box thingy?

if they were seperated, can i put my miotv box in my living room and wireless modem in my room? any technical issues if i do like that?

Thanks for help, sorry for hijacking. :s22:
