recommended modem+wireless router (2 in 1) for SNBB?

my aztech dsl600ew just died out for no reason. need a replacement for it.

1. must be modem + wireless router (2 in 1)
2. stable 24/7
3. can be used for BT (port forwarding, can handle the number of connections from BT, etc)
4. strong wireless signal

i've narrowed down my choices to these 3 modems.

Asus WL600g
Dlink DSL-2640
Linksys WAG160N

among these 3 modems, which is the better one? any other recommendations are also welcome, but no 2wire please. had a bad experience with it.

Before I swtiched over to Starhub I was on SingNet 10mbps using BELKIN N1 Wireless Modem Router. No problems at all.

a) any of these 3 modem/routers support 10mbps (ADSL2)?
b) any of these 3 modem/routers wall-mountable like Linksys WAG354G?
c) anyone know where I can still get Linksys WAG354G?

Any of the three routers have content filtering, esp Keyword Blocking like Zyxel? Or any other models?
