HELP: Ebay slow on my Starhub Connection

This has been causing me much frustration.
Im a regular Ebay (USA) user.
But since a few mths ago...Ive been experiencing VERY slow loading of Ebay pages.
Im on Starhub Maxonline Premium.
My friend uses Maxonline Express tells me that his loading of Ebay pages has no problems.

Can somebody tell me what is the problem? My modem? Router?
Pls help me cos I'm desperate and I'm thinking of terminating my Starhub contract.
