ok im using singnet 3mbps plan and i got a new comp about 2months old already. so problem starts recently im playing team fortress 2 and left 4 dead and i have encountered a certain problem. whenever i join a a game i walk a few steps and the game freezes and a second later reconnecting poped up. i will be able to reconnect successfully and after a few seconds the cycle repeats. im getting frustrated about this problem please help

I use 3mbps plan too and i can host 8 ppl vs game no lag.
if u use Garena, tunnel the person first before joining game.

eh zepyre i got the exact same problem as u now. Funny it's working fine just 2 days ago. I'm inclined to think its singnet.

so its not just me right? I was paranoid and went to scan for viruses/ adwares etc.

most likely its Singnet's problem(because there seem to be no complains from Starhub users as of now), but aint sure what is it. Im able to play CS and CSS smoothly, but not TF2.

Same here, having problems while playing Counterstrike Source via Steam. Using Singnet BB 8mb. Surfing and youtube works fine though.

may be its both singnet and steam prob? becus i never gotten this problem during the first month until recently and if its entirely steam fault i think starhub users would have experienced it too so may be both are at fault?

oh yeah btw i reinstalled them both but with no effect at all

I'm having the same problems as you guys. I've tried almost everything I can on my computer, and I'm pretty convinced it's the internet connection. Has anyone called SIngnet to check it out? I would really like to know what was the response if you have called them.
