what happened to sh?? my premium account (12mbps) slow like tortoise!!!! every month paying 60+ but surfing speed slower than my wife snbb account (1mbps)!! ahhhh!!!!

Even I wan go M1 website oso cant load properly, got "Connection Timeout"....

Call 1633, utilities.starhub.com don't have your subscribed speed, can bang table.

for me no problem currently... not sure though.

Singnet should be smoother. Although the last time i used singnet was during 56k times.

their MAXonline helpdesk is so busy that you will get directed to the cable TV dept , note down your details then say call you back ...when in fact they never do ...

in case you do get through to maxonline helpdesk.....they will note down your details again and say call you back...there is nothing they can do to get your speed back to normal.

you can refer to many threads of complaints in this forum....
