hey guys,
I was wondering if you've faced similar problems like mine. I've been unable to get good access to SMUVista since I made the switch from Starhub MOL to SNBB 10mbps. Upon clicking the login button, there is an awfully long waiting time to get to the main page. Sometimes it doesn't progress at all!
I've written to SMUVista helpdesk about this and they have yet to respond.
Perhaps some of you can shed some light on this matter.
