Hong Kong and Singapore shows announced

We're pleased to confirm two more upcoming Coldplay shows, in Hong Kong and Singapore. The details are as follows:

Singapore

Coldplay will be returning to perform in Singapore as part of the Viva La Vida tour! This will be the third time that the multi Grammy Awards band is playing in Singapore with 2 sell-out shows here previously.

After surfacing in 2000 with the breakthrough single "Yellow," Coldplay quickly became one of the biggest bands of the new millennium. The band’s current album “Viva La Vida” is the most commercially successful rock album released in this decade.

Sweeping away 3 major awards at the 51st Grammy Awards, Coldplay picked up Best Rock Album, Song Of The Year (Viva La Vida), Best Pop Performance by a Duo or Group With Vocals. The band is also leading at the 2009 BRITS Awards with nominations including British Album, British Group, British Live Act, British single (Viva La Vida).

Coldplay will be performing a one night only show in Singapore with limited tickets available, this is definitely the concert of the year not to be missed!

their 1st concert with travis only cost 100 (most expensive ticket)

2nd concert in SG only cost 148 (most expensive)

now it cost 248 (most expensive)

pretty ridiculous if you ask me.....

PS: You should buy the tickets in person i.e. sistic outlets ;)

oh nose... $248 is like freaking expensive. even the $158 also quite ex for its category........

$248 to see coldplay? crazy

im just paying $55.50 to see red jumpsuit apparatus and they rock!

ok but they cant be compared though. 2 totally different bands and genre and popularity :o

wow! one week later and all tix are sold out. amazing. ive this feeling, soon they will annouce, we are glad to inform you that we'll be releasing more limited tix.

Read the news that some people paid for front row seats that didn't exist. If these buyers bought off the resellers's tix for 2k per pair on eBay and because of the Sistic error there were no seats, I think they must be really pissed off haha.
