intermitent dc from starhub

anybody have any problem with Starhub? cause always i got intermittent disconnect, i have to do a repair on the network before i am able to surf the internet.

I report this problem with Starhub and was told that there is nothing wrong with the network and signal. She suspect that is my network card problem.... either faulty or the driver not updated...

Anybody encounter the same problem as i am? thanks

i suspect i have the same problem with you, though its once in awhile
what happen is even after repiar also cant work.and on my status its still showing connected
I have to off/on the pc then it will really be connected

looks same problem as mine.
did you try to check your ip when you directly connect PC to cable modem?

mine always get 192.168.x.x ip from cable modem at night, have to switch on/off modem many times to get a 218.x.x.x WAN ip.

recently i kanna also... cause of my splitter problem, in the end i directly connect to the point, ok already
