any other isps experiences this?

loading need refresh a few times :(

btw thinking of downgrade my speed lol :s13:seem expensive and dont leech much as compared a few years ago :s13:

Okie for me so far today ;) on pacnet 512k...

after waiting for an email reply which i sent 2 weeks ago... thus i just call the CSO from pacnet... think they used people from overseas as her english quite weird...

she acknowlege that the slow speed existed for a long time but still havent fixed yet...guess some problem took a much longer time to fix it

either i jump to lower speed plan or maintain still the same as many users using both plan according to her :s22:
