How tochange my wireless network name?

i am using maxonline wireless,trying to change my network name so i created a new profile but when i start my pc,it will still connect to the same old network name....anyone can show some help?thanks

From your statement, I presume you want to change your router's SSID? For that, you will need to login to your router's configuration page (typically http://192.168.1.1 or similiar) and look for wireless configuration settings. After you save, the router will reboot and you will need to reconnect to the new SSID.

ya SSID...i did do that but it require a username and a password...i dont know whats that...

The default user name is admin

The password is blank by default if you did not change it..

That is what the manual will tell you.
