Network interferences

i have 2 wireless network in a small office. 2 different networks with 2 different ISP.

is it possible for a person sitting close to Network A wireless router having problem connecting to Network B wireless which is a distance away?

yes, if both using same channel. i assuming both with different ssid assigned.
