I'm using a 2wire gateway.
I used http://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/ to check if my port is open, and it shows that my ip is 220.255.7.227 (external). For some reason though http://www.whatismyip.com says that it's 121.6.30.164 instead, which is probably true because I can see that my port is open on 121.6.30.164 but not the external IP. My question is why am I shown to be using different IPs? What does an external IP mean?
