frd pass me his usb adapter for me to use while he's out of town.
how to check if he is on limited or unlimited network?

btw to connect using this usb adapter, is it right for us to right click on network connections and choose the 'singtel dail up' connection and dial up and connect?
btw, does using this device indoors makes poorer connection?
