noob needs help on opening port on MIO

hi guys
can anyone teach me how to open the port on my Mio 2wire....downloading on Utorrent is taking forever...I have all the informations like IP address.subnet..etc..but have no clue where to put them when directed to Singtel router site...Any help will be greatly appreciated
