Thank you. I guess my magix connection have some problem, maybe it is time to change to SNBB. But I wonder will SNBB suffer alot of DC as compare to Magix plan.

Now seem to be back to normal. Since the time I got DC and I have to call the support dept. which they reconnect back for me from their end, the connection is really slow.

Tonight, I retest the connection it seem to be back to normal.

but why Magix? it's slower and more expensive... Singnet if your line is ok you won't have DCs also ma..

Static IP

As for Magix bb
I got to copy this from dslreports (http://www.dslreports.com/faq/1416) again

Since IPoA have less protocol, it is more reliable, lower latency and hence usually subscribed by businesses, and errm, well some home users also.

Fixed IP, lower latency. I tested WOW on both Magix and SNBB 10mbps using the same desktop, Magix latency is 70-100ms lower than SNBB.
I still get DC from Singnet, Magix is virtually nil.
