Help needed..

Sorry if im asking a stupid question.. haha..

anyway.. im using starhub maxonline..

for the past two days im having lots of problem with it.. it shows that its connected.. however most of the time i couldnt access to anywhere.. msn.. internet etc...
if im lucky after awhile will be fine. but only for a while.. can be as short as few mins..

if i disable the connection and enable it again.. i can access that few mins..

im using the mobile BB now..

is it starhub problem or is it my computer ?

are you using wireless router or wired connection?
