Intermittent disconnection on SNBB in hougang

Anybody experience that last night during the heavy rain? Got really bad disconnection every 5-10mins of internet connectivity. Setup - Snbb modem -> SMC wireless router. Computer running lan cable. stupid snbb modem keeps on disconnecting..dunno why.. :(

TS most likely staying in landed property... telephone line swimming in pool of rain water when heavy rain.
