URGENT. 2700HGV-2 Modem with Singnet.

Hi All,

Please help. I have this problem:
1. The power LED is either blinking RED or flickering in GREEN but no internet connection.

I did a search online and see that this is likely to be due to the power supply issue. I am not very sure it is. The problem only started last night.
What happened was:I started my bt download. Then I was prompted that there was a firewall issue. Then my internet connection was gone out of a sudden.

I have no problem at all for the past 2 yrs. For my bt, I did portfowarding long ago. No firewall issue since then. I disabled my firewall, restarted my modem, change a power source, try to use SmartFix(???) to rectify problem, try to create a new connection, but nothing works.

Please advice what can I do. Many thanks..

The Power Adapter conk out liao....... Call up singnet if under warranty, or call up malifax to ask if can purchase a new one or not....

I need my internet connection at hm. I was like waiting for the IT show next week to recontract with Singnet to see whether there is a better deal.
Do u know where I can buy a power adapter???

I recontracted from Hello! shop today to get a new modem... I hope Singnet wont come out with some super duper good promo this coming IT show. if not, I will be so so sad!
