I have subscribe to Singnet on 010309, services was activated on 060309. Just now when I on the modem, only power led (in red), ethernet and usb leds (in green) are on, dsl and internet are not lighted up at all. I suspect the modem DOA. Is THOS located in IMM?
Is it advisable to use a surge proctecter for the modem as in from phone jack -> surge proctecter -> modem?
By the way, anyone could point out to me where can I find a pdf that shows how to troubleshoot the modem via the various led lights, the manual I downloaded from the vendor website only shows the commands for advance setup of the modem. All help appreciated.
