I've been out of contract for quite a long time and been holding out in signing a new contract cos there aren't any gd promotion for Express plan. There used to be quite a lot of freebies like new desktop long time ago for Express. But now on the other hand i alway see the ultimate and premium plan enjoying freebies. Are we neglected by Starhub cos we dun pay enuff?

i think profit is lesser for lower plan so its hard for them to offer any attractive freebies.
