Hi, I have a 2wire 2700HGV-2 router for internet access.

Now I need to connect a PC with static IP to the router and still able to access internet using the 2700HGV-2. Can this be done?

Any pointer and advise is greatly appreciated! Thx!

Sorry, do you mean that I check Configure manually and enable DHCP in the router?

and if my static IP is 192.168.1.10 then I enter it in the first and last DHCP address?
Then what should I enter for router address and subnet mask?

Sorry.. not very sure what is your direction...
Turn on DHCP on where? Router or computer?
What should I copy from the computer? I have set it to a static IP of 192.168.1.10 and subnet mask of 255.255.255.0.

Where else should I look for?

for 2wire from singtel,

IP address is 192.168.1.x
Subnet 255.255.255.0
Gsteway 192.168.1.254
DNS 192.168.1.254

Sure work one, go try!

Sorry I not at the PC right and couldn't test it out immediately.
You are suggesting that I use those data on the PC? Or on the router itself?
