thats just their firewall

nothing about loss

all users will see the 2 hop even singnet

u do a trace to microsoft or ntu will see similiar too...

your actual performance is hop 17, period. even if you have 1 million hops, 1 million ms latency in any of them mid hops, you actual performance is the last hop, that's all.
